Answers:    head lice and "crabs" also call pubic lice are different things.
head lice (usually found surrounded by the head) have longer and thinner body copares to pubic lice who own robust and bigger bodies.

ask your doctor for the best way to remove them, they usually prescribe creams (Permethrin).
but proper hygiene will do apt too.
