Answers: The best "medication" is knowledge. With proper diet and day after day exercise, both high blood pressure and diabetes mellitus (type 2) can be controlled to the point that they become a non issue. Since adopt a healthy diet and on a daily basis exercise routine, my diabetes has reversed to the extent that I no longer run any medication at all, and my blood pressure have stabilized.
