Circulatory shock?

Through lab tests, how is circulatory shock detected? MRI, blood check, etc?


Answers:    (in progressive stage of shock..increase BUN n creatinine,urinary output 30ml/hour or below,increased blood lactic levels,metabolic acidosis,)
but for diagnosis of shock the sign n symptoms r ample and there is no much time for lab work..any bottleneck in treatemnt can result within collapse, coma or even death.mortality contained by the intensive care part ranges from 30% to 60%.
Lab work is mostly done to see the prognosis.
