After an inflammation of eczema, i used cortisone cream near lone .05 mg of cortisone per dosage. After in the region of a week within a partly it be gone but these whit dots appeared. Then I be sent to a Dr. Adams at Hershey Medical Center(They hold a dermatology department) It took 5 minutes for a proper diagnosis) I hope you live close adequate to Hershey,Pa.
