I am a 25 and lactose intolerant but requests to drink milk, is the lactose formula for infants or children oka?

Answers:
I'm not sure. I drink 1% and I'm lactose intolerant. Also they own some pills you can embezzle beforehand you drink or get through dairy products. I believe it singular works if you aren't significantly lactose intolerant.
Buy soy milk or the lactose free milk to be precise contained by the store.
Lactaid. Works great for my mother.
You can drink regular milk if you buy an enzyme call Lactase. You can draw from it at any GNC or condition food store. It will replace the enzyme that you don't hold to digest the lactose. Give it a try. But as for your ask - I'm not sure if you're asking if you should drink formula. ...ewe...I wouldn't hold you ever smelled that stuff? Oh yes, don't forget just about Lactaid milk - it's usually sold within the grocery store...works for my people once you find used to the essence.
infant formulas are verrry expensive, & you don't really stipulation adjectives those DHA & prebiotics. ask for soy-based milk for adults at the grocery store
You don't speak why you want to drink it-if it's nutrition reason you can achieve calcium from lots of things and vitamin D from sunlight. If it's to own near cereal or cookies etc., try soy, rice or almond milk-I close to them better.
Consider the reality that make-up designed milk to be consumed by babe animals, not full-size humans-we freshly started drinking it because it be a at hand source of protein in the days when food be scarce.
YOu can buy milk specifically already treated beside the enzyme "lactase" & you'll know how to tolerate it. or you can buy the Lactaid tab, or the generic, at Wal mart, etc,

I use the treated milk, call Dairy EASe, it 's resembling Lactaid, but here, it runs .50 smaller quantity.& milk's going up everyday!

I thot of using toddler formulas or dry milk, too,i imagine dry milk might work, but i chose the Dairy EAse.i capture the nonfat & you cant even narrate it's nonfat, i cant.
I would probably stay away from the formula and try something else. First, it probably taste awful (it smells putrid). Second, most formula have just about 20 calories per ounce, compared to 1% milk at 12.5 calories. I don't know if you entail to survey your calories or not (most those should). Formula is too lofty contained by hefty for adults to drink. It have as much flab as in one piece human breast milk. It would be okay, surrounded by the sense that it won't bother you lactose intolerance, but I really wouldn't.

You should be capable of buy lactose-free milk contained by your grocery store. Or you could try some soy milk. Silk is pretty apt. You might be capable of find some rice milk too.
