wht u can do is slowly start next to controlling by nt attending to ur desire/thought tht u wana smoke try n concentrate on sumthn else sort ur self bzee, pinch food on the dot dnt skip ur meal. if ur nt competent to control ur desire thn u can smoke bt again restrict ur self to 2-3 n dnt cross ur reduce. u can use chewing gums instead. n by adopt this ability u can give a hand ur self surrounded by reducing ur mannerism first n thn u can juz put a full stop to ur addiction it self.
