Answers:    People who have a close relative (a parent, brother or sister) near pancreatic cancer have an increased risk of developing pancreatic cancer themselves. This risk increases again if you own more than one relative who has have cancer of the pancreas. It is thought that about 1 contained by 10 cancers of the pancreas are due to inheriting an out of the ordinary gene.

As you have a strong loved ones history, you should perhaps investigate screening - chat to your GP.

Cancer of the pancreas is quite a adjectives cancer. In the UK about 7,000 ancestors are diagnosed each year, making it the 11th commonest cancer type diagnosed. So while two own flesh and blood members have had it might suggest a heritable factor, it's possible that both cases were capricious rather than genetic, as most cases are not inherent.
it is not known to be inherent.
diabetics are at higher risk.
