I am a Type II, insulin dependent diabetic. I put away 3 small servings of rice, pasta, bread, potato or beans per time. I drink diet sodas, coffee, tea and dampen. I guzzle fresh fruits and veggies. I use sweet and low for sweetening things. I don't use other prepackaged diabetic foods because the labeling is not to be trusted. What companies do to put up for sale a product is corrupt, risky and fattening and runs my sugars up almost every time. Even that well brought-up aged split sugar Splenda will put on a pedestal my sugar. I am a scrape cook so I know what is really surrounded by what I guzzle. I use copious recipe but zilch really fancy as a baked potato is much more fine alone than beside cheese, sour cream or a a multitude of other STUFF. My diabetes is surrounded by pretty moral control for a 70 year matured who is not fairly as moving as a minor. I would LOVE to get through chocolate fudge cake beside rime cream, cheese puffs, Sees Candy and cream puffs. I would also resembling to drink larger portions of the carbohydrate foods.

I am a type 2 diabetic. I devour most anything I want but keep watch on carbs and calories. I do buy no calorie and sugar free products. And I would love to dance crazy at Marble Slab and munch through a great, big Snickerdoodle Sundae.

If you are trying to numeral out whats best for you, I suggest conversation to a Diabetic Dietician (sp?), they can explain foods alot better for you. Just because your a diabetic, doesn't parsimonious you necessitate to suffer by watching other relations get through alot of sugars and you not have any.
