Does anyone's doctor want them to NOT drink diet soda if they have any Type I or Type II diabetes-whether insulin dependent or not.
Answers: Diet soda does not interfere with blood glucose level of any body, diabetic Type I nor II, nor with non diabetics, because the sweeteners are not precursors of sugar/glucose. From this irrefutable knowledge, diet coke is OK to drink if any one suffers from Diabetes Mellitus II or Insulin dependent diabetes.
I am not diabetic, of any sort.
but i highley recomend NOT to drink anykind of caffine surrounded by general, its #1 problem for diabetes.....
