They are cold almost adjectives the time except for right after they've be contained by hot river (shower or in recent times wash them) or outside on a hot sunshine. What I own knowledgeable is that cold hand are usually an indication of one of two things (but not fixed to): Stress and Poor Circulation.
Is it the in one piece foot or only the fingertips? Usually a stressed soul will own cold fingertips and cold toes, possibly bit of the paw or foot.
If you own poor circulation, its possible the blood flow to your hand is poor, resulting in cold hand and possibly a numbing and or tingling sensation.
