If it's accompany by a fever, it could be an ear infection. Or if there's a bump on or close the outside, it could be a pimple, cyst or in-grown hair. Maybe do some research online...If you progress to WebMD.com and do the diagnoser-thingy, just type within your symptoms and it will give you an belief of what it could be, based on the specific symptoms you typed contained by.
