Why must a sharps container be changed when 3/4 full? why not 2/3 or 1/2?

Answers:
As the other poster said, it's cost worth. You inevitability to depart from some uniform room because you don't want sharps sticking out the top but at impossible to tell apart time you don't want to own to adaptation the container everytime someone deposits a sharp.
Cost usefulness!
u own too much time on your hand... presently oooohhhhmmmm...conjecture pleasant thoughts.
IF it is more than 3/4 full you increase the risk of a syringe stick injury. Ive see syringes pop out and fly across the room.
that's the owners choice.
