It looks almost similar to a second anus but smaller and it doesnt head anywhere. It is right above my anus. It does not hurt or pus or do anything. If it is a fistula can I basically go it because it doesn't bother me?

Realize that if that get infected that you will be spending some feature time within the hospital instead of a outpatient situation. It's unusual that it isn't leak and blood or fluid though. My cousin also have one and it blew up internally, he be surrounded by the hospital for a week. The surgery really dose suck though and clear your calendar for almost 2 weeks of taking back at home.
