My elder brother's was within around 150/100 but he wasn't taking his drugs regularly. He died on a fine monday morning, while alone in the house at dthe age of 44. Doctors said he have a broken blood vessel in his brain(as a result of soaring BP which killed him). I know adequate now not to set-up with managing my blood pressure.
Also try to chomp through healthy and avoid taking brackish and caffeine. Good luck.
