I'm not for sure if its a blister, boil, or white leader. It won't pop becase my mom's already tried. does anyone know what it could be? It's right on the bottom little heel of his foot. thanx.

Okay first past its sell-by date don't try to pop it. If it is a blister it will be cool to the touch. Put a leash aid on it. If it is thaw to the touch it's a boil and should not be popped. It desires to be lance by a doctor due to spreading infection. I don't reckon it's a white commander. It is probably a blister from his shoe rubbing against his heel due to one somewhat too big. It will make well on it's own. It will hurt more if you pop it. I hope this help you out!
