Any suggestions for my cold?

I hold a cold, simply sneezing, plugged and runny trunk, coughing, and within's a great deal of pressure within my manager. I really don't approaching to embezzle medicine. I've be drinking lots of dampen and (diet, caffeine free) iced tea, and I've be getting plenty of sleep. What are some things I can do to form myself have a feeling better while I'm awake?

You should drink hot tea.. also, here are these pad that you put on your principal & it make you have a feeling better when you own headache. You can also use them for other pains, close to if your put money on hurts.
Exercise.
Get a saline solution of feeler spray so your snout won't be clogged; drink hot tea near some lemon and honey within it to lend a hand next to your cough. If you own a cool nouns vaporizer, plug it contained by and comfort put some moisure contained by the upper air (you can add on the vicks formula to the hot nouns vaporizor, too and that will relieve near the breathing and congestion). Keep drinking the fluids and getting plenty of sleep. Vitamin C tablets can also support. Hope you surface better markedly soon.
I hold a cold right very soon, sipping some ginger liquid at the moment. But I find that any warm-hot soft to drink works immensely okay to sooth.

Some tea should do it. Also if you hold some lemons consequently squirt some within the tea and it will be tangy and you will start getting resourcefully again :)

Chicken soup is not a moment ago an old-fashioned wives' parable. Eating it when sick help to clear out adjectives of the mucus membranes and clear up sinus congestion. Do some hurricane lantern exercise and enjoy some honey and lemon drink. Also, increase your Vitamin C and give somebody a lift some garlic and horseradish tablets from the vigour food store.
