Mononucleosis is a disease primarily cause by the Epstein-Barr virus. It is spread through saliva and blood...so don't share cups or utensils beside other relations. It isn't as contagious as you regard as, but still mind roughly sharing things that would hold other folks's saliva on it.
Symptoms usually appear 1-2 months after you are infected and they are usually frenzy, fatigue, sore throat, enlarged lymph nodes, and other symptoms. Once you own it you really basically enjoy to loaf it out until it go away, which can be a month or two. You enjoy to rest most of the time and cannot do much hobby because within is a risk of your spleen rupturing. I know this sounds terrifying, but it's not as bleak as it seem. I have it twice, so I know. If you do consistency close to you enjoy these symptoms at some point you should unquestionably move about to your doctor. They can do a blood interview to determine if you hold mono.
