Gastroparesis anyone?

please share any ways you enjoy discovered that could assist.

Join the yahoo group on gastroparesis, lots of tips nearby. I use reglan and avoid glorious plump foods. I tend to prefer pureed, soupy foods. I also pilfer profusely of probiotics and colace (300mg/day). GP is 80% diet, 20% meds.

A lot of websites steer you away from fiber. For me, it is more just about avoiding fibrous foods (eg. asparagus) than fiber (oatmeal).
