What is the difference between BAC (blood alcohol content) and BAL (blood alcohol level)?

I've call numerous vigour hotlines and the police state department; any they don't pick-up or they can't provide an answer. I've researched online, both appear to be indistinguishable but I want to be sure as this is for a university presentation. Please tolerate me know ASAP!

Answers:
EXACTLY indistinguishable!
to my scholarship, content is total amount, horizontal is the one u seize by detecting it by standard methods.in that is a slight difference but not significant
Blood alcohol content (BAC) or blood alcohol concentration is the concentration of alcohol contained by blood. It is measured any as a percentage by mass, by mass per volume, or a combination. For example, a BAC of 0.02% can connote 2 grams of alcohol per 1000 grams of an individual's blood, or it can stingy 0.2 grams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood.
I reason that Blood alcohol content and Blood alcohol even are one and duplicate.
