There are some bacteria that donate you UTI WITHOUT being nitrate positive. One of the most adjectives nitrate negative germs is called proteus. Proteus is treated within the same course that other nitrate positive UTI's are treated. So go to your doctor and capture an antibiotic. You'll be ok.
