has anyone ever hear of this?? i be diagnoed near otitis externa around 2 weeks ago... and still its not going away..i looked up my syptoms online and it lead me to this..the syptoms i enjoy resembile moe..but,. it say that solitary society next to doomed to failure immune systems can draw from it? im lately wondering if it is possible to receive this horrible entry even if my immune system is surrounded by apposite shape?? ive be to the doctor 3 times very soon..and adjectives im getting is more antibiotics and more backache... im not sure exactley what to do? should i transmit them i want to be tested for this or will i look approaching a fool asking?? i tight-fisted shouldnt they know to look for things similar to this if the problem is not going away? someone out at hand please minister to! im going crazy! thanks

anguish is the most significant & adjectives complaint in bacterial otitis externa which's of 3 types:localized Otitis externa(furuncle),diffuse O.E (cellulitis) & the most perilous is ur condition:the malignant otitis externa..
the malignant O.E have no relation to malignancy or mutations but it's a uncertain condition cause by virulent organism:pseudomonas aureginosa & characterized by granulations in the external auditory strait ..
it's call malignat bacause it'a accompany by bone erosion(osteomyelitis) which involves the remains of the skull
so such cases must be hospitalized
the malignat O.E. complications include facial palsies,palsy in lower four cranial nerves if it involves the jugular foramen..
so first u should exclude Diabetes ..
later u shoud follow ur condition & bring the teratment prescribed by ur Dr seriously to avoid such comlications .If u r not serious contained by ur treatment,u may lucklessly necessitate a surgery for debridment of unresponsive tissues!
Drugs used contained by this condition are Quinolones as ciprofloxacin(expensive) while cheaper drugs include aminolglycosides but set to be ototoxic & nephrotoxic ..& don't verbs around severe cramp ..that's a everyday symptom..& Good luck
