First of adjectives, I hope your fight against cancer go well!
Regarding diet, I deliberate that you should eat a condition well perched diet. I would stay away from "going off the cavernous end" into something that you have not done in the past. Try focusing on eating a somewhat low heavy diet with lots of fruit and veggies. Me, individually, would not suggest that you skip all meat - if you are not a lacto-vegetarian already. Looks like you might be a lacto-vegetarian, so keep up a conventional diet.
The best source of information is the cancer specialist that you have, or your standard doctor. Ask them about consumption guidelines and let them know if you are a lacto-vegetarian.
But, seriously, keep up the dutiful fight.

Right very soon you should be concerned with keeping your strength up for the skirmish and not worry give or take a few when you go vertebrae to work. When I was going through chemo my doctor be more concerned that I eat than he be with what I ate. Is here a nutritionist where you are getting treated? If so they could transmit you more than we could. If not then try to get through as natural diet as possible. That doesn't tight you should go strictly lacto-vegetarian unless you already are. It just routine that you should stay away from processed foods. Foods like lunch meat and prepared foods, stuff approaching that. Meat is okay but don't overdo it.
Good luck to you.
