Why do I perceive sick any time I stir up from sleeping at hours of darkness or nap, for months? (I'm NOT pregnant)?

Anybody else feel sick (nausea mainly) when they wake up up from sleeping, now thing how long or short the sleep is? I can wake up from only nodding off (literatlly - not even a minute into it) surrounded by a lecture room and be aware of sick. I wake up almost every morning and seize nauseous a minute following. It goes away contained by about 2 minutes. I don't vomit next to this. I'm not pregnant - it's been going on for 3 months and I know for a fact I am not pregnant. It doesn't business if I've eaten, not eat, have the lights on or sour, noise surrounded by the background or hush... The only problem I ever hold is the nausea but what seems really chance to me is the fact that it happen after even super quick short naps/nodding bad AND deep sleeps.

Anybody else own this problem?

Answers:    It's probably dehydration. I've had it too, that lovely sort of acerbic indigestion feeling. Try drinking some marine with lemon, or ginger ale.
could it be post nasal drip? if you hold a sinus infection you are loading up with mucus, and it may be affecting your ears...the combo could be making you seasick. unless you like this, why don't you plan a trip to the doctor? flawless luck
