I have done this since I be about 8, back that I never had a anxiety. Why do I have this fearfulness now, how can I carry rid of it. Considering it puts a little damper on things, once I want I want children (the epidermal). I just requirement some advice when it comes to overcoming this huge disgust and alarm of anything that sticks in my skin, or others skin, and take blood. BLUCK!
Answers: in broad exposure therapy is encouraging the more you do or see something the more you will be used to seeing or doing that and the easier it will be. Maybe visit the local blood donor place every light of day or spend a few hours there.

or conceivably you can volunteer your time, once u are at least competent to be around it. You can help amble the people to the spaces area and provide them food or water or liquid if they need it. I'm a big blood donor instinctively I give platelets and red blood cell which takes more or less 1-2 hours depending on the person. I'm not clich¨¦ you should donate it may be a long time before you can do that. But exposure psychiatric therapy is the way to start. Its never trouble-free to get over any start so don't expect a quick cure, (or even a cure at all) Its more more or less tolerance and being competent to deal near it. :)
