I've have headache for 4 days, does anyone know what could be cause this?

I had indistinguishable thing come about a few months back and it last 9 days. With this headache I have a burning sensation within one part of my boss and I frequently get sharp shooting twinge around the same nouns and it sometimes makes my eye hose.Pain medication does nothing to stop it. I have a ct scan done last time but nought showed up. Does anyone have any notion what this might be? Thanks
