A Rash That Wont Go Away?

Ok a few months ago I notice a over-hasty that is to say around my crouch nouns it is located on my inner thigh but its in the nouns around my testicals. Its is on both sides, it dosent itch and it is really red on one side more than the other and it helpful of hurts when I touch it. Im thinking that it could be a grill impulsive considering a sweat alot in that nouns but its be aleast a few months and it hasent gone away. It get better and later it comes support but it have never gone away total. What could this be?
