Why is it when you Q-tip your ears to verbs them, it cause you to cough?

Answers:
It is call a vagal response. it have happen to me too. you are probably going in too open.
That's a unusual one on me! Are you sure it's your ears and not your throat you're cleaning? ;)
I've never have that develop, but my guess would be that you tickle your eustacian tube, which tickles your throat.
I know what you show! I discern a scratchiness in my throat when I do it too. It probably funds we're sticking the Q-tip in too thoughtful. :-)
I guess it touches nerves within your ears that are conected to your throught, because that happen to me too, or it could be because you are sticking it in too far
hope i help!

Wow I never hear of anyone coughing because they verbs their ears. Interesting.
You go rather too far. Good time to do this is after showering or swimming and drizzly the Q tip beside alcohol
as to putting a q tip in your ear you said it make you cough any ear doctor will relate you not to use q tips surrounded by your ear it lately make it worse
