I hold taken 6 different types of tablets and countless roughage boosting suppliments. i munch through exceedingly able-bodied and drink river! I am not constipated!

i have that problem for a while and my drs kept adage guzzle more fiber and they give me this fiber stuff to put contained by my drinks and i would do that but i lately get worse and so i go to another dr and they said no stop taking adjectives the fiber and they took my brio bladder out and it still did indistinguishable and i be getting worse so they did more testing and come to find out i own crohns disease! so ask your dr to check for that.
