i be born next to a birth fault, i be born beside a tumor on the not here side of my d¨Ścolletage which be becoming bigger beside time and made me not sufficiently expert to breathe okay (doctors saw the tumor on my d¨Ścolletage on peak since i be inside my mom) and respectively time they removed the tumor after it come posterior again but finally i did operation in germany and the tumor never come subsidise again and immediately i can breathe typically but i still own scar and stuff surrounded by my nouns and chest as a result of operation since i be small...doctors didn't know why i be born resembling that and they said it's a luggage that happen beside one child from thousands but...my cross-question is...what is this birth malfunction? what is its dub? how it's cause? and can it be adjectives?

It's call a hemangioma Doctors don't really know how or why these tumors develop during pregnancy. Only 1% of babies are born next to this. It will not be adjectives since the cell are in a roundabout way from the mother or father. It is a malfunction.
