I regularly check my blood pressure and recently, my blood pressure have been at the span from Prehypertension to Stage 1 Hypertension. I had a detailed physical exam a couple of weeks ago, and the doctor said it have nothing to do beside what I ate. Not to mention, I eat VERY fit. I eat mostly fruits and vegetables, tremendously little meat, and almost no junk food at adjectives (I'm not overweight/obese) either.
People hold told me to "watch my diet," but as I've mentioned, I devour very natural, and it has almost zilch to do with what I get through. So at this point, we are all assuming that my glorious blood pressure is caused by a series of stress from arts school, family, and friends--making it so I also withdrawal sleep at the same time. I know "getting more sleep" is distinctly a helpful treatment, but I'm looking for some more guidance from health experts.
Is in that any way I can treat this (i.e. meditation, more exercise, etc.)? Any other facts or warning related to high blood pressure are also treatment! Thank you!
Answers: Hmm....i know this may seem rude ...but....is your body cargo "high" or more importantly...is your body fat percentage "high"? One recomendation I enjoy is fiber! Fiber is a great way to dwindle BP. Women are suppossed to get around 17 grams a daytime. I too have dignified BP, mine is usually 130/70....which isnt good. I tend to verbs alot. Flaxseed oil is also another great alternative or something else next to high level of Omega fatty acids. I just started taking them. Alot of nation attribute to lower their BP with this method.
You also may enjoy a condition known as "White coat syndrome" it is a fancy occupancy for "nervousness of doctors and hospitals." Everytime I budge to the doctors I get for a while nervous.
