i quality ya. i work 1st shift , 11pm til 7 am, and i cant sleep powerfully during the morning, i use goody pm. its not really discouraging i Weigh 203 pounds and i cart two powders and can sleep adjectives time if i want but i can still stir up smoothly. gratitude

U r suffering from insomnia. If you enjoy no mental worries, do some brisk exercises contained by the evening, avoid coffee, tea earlier exercise. And count sheep or meditate..that channel your conscious mind is diverted and your subconscious will purloin over..
