Answers:    This sort of confusion is massively common, even amongst those who should know better.

First of adjectives cholesterol is not fat. Cholesterol content of food have no coorrelation to fat content, deliberate shellfish.
Cholesterol is incorperated into every cell membrane in the bodies of adjectives animals, to varying degrees. As such cholesterol is contained by the meat, not the fat. Fat is simply stored vivacity, while cholesterol is a building block.

There is only one type of cholesterol. The vocabulary HDL and LDL refer to lipoproteins, which carry cholesterol (and lipids) throughout the body. It is matching cholesterol in these lipoproteins. So dietary cholesterol is adjectives the same. There is no ldl or hdl surrounded by food (unless you drink fresh blood, even then minimal).HDL and LDL are the taxi, and cholesterol is the cargo, so to speak.

Dietary cholesterol have no bearing on blood cholesterol level as your body produces approx 70% of it's cholesterol needs

Look here people, the grill is Not asking about diets, exercise or loosing weightiness, it is asking "WHAT TYPE OF CHOLESTEROL IS IN 100g OF LEAN (NO FAT) CHICKEN BREAST, HDL OR LDL" this is a scientific ask which I find one of most interest and intelligent. Hence, if you do not know the answer to (the question) refrain from answering
