Zyrtec is amazing for allergies. you'll requirement an Rx for it. For an OTC you can try Claritin. Zyrtec is the best though.

I guess it depends on the age of your son. I other like OTC Claritin for myself and they do own it for children. Prescription Singular may be a biddable one, but it is more expensive depending on your insurance.
My son explicitly three year ancient does too. They put him on Nasonex spray for his muzzle.. You can try Bendryl. That also help and zyrtec that also help
