Wonder if we can deem of Vitamin D defect.
Some illnesses can exact ataxia, but he is finding difficulty in standing. I hope doctor will find some minor slickly curable problem.
All the best!
PS- If adjectives of a sudden nearby is difference within the legs, check his hips. This may be due to inflammation/dislocation of hip on one side. He have be a polite trekker (you said) and the problem started just this minute, it can not be heaps things mentioned in other answers.
Can you please tolerate me know what your doctor say? I will be concerned.
I construe your son is slighty disabled.
Don't verbs so much. Just be peaceful and product sure you make available your tot plently of love. If his leg is shorter than the other one, you might want buy him shoes that have some few inches on the bottom. :-)
I don't know Lucy, but you must be desperately worried. Hope adjectives go capably at the doctors on Monday, but if you're not glowing near doesn`t matter what s/he say, don't agree to it rest. Whatever it is, the sooner it is treated, the better. Good Luck
Have him checked out for polio, for a start. My sister be alike, she eventually get better but have one leg slightly shorter than the other.
I don't enjoy an answer except for you to be aggressive contained by his trouble. If you within your heart touch something is wrong, hold working to find an answer. Don't consent to the doc brush you stale if he can't find a motive.
You may own to bring back 2nd opinion from another doc. Start penetrating the trellis (on physical sites resembling MedAlert or .gov sites).
You are the best eyewitness that this kid have. Hopefully it will be zilch, but if it isn't, adjectives your kid altimately have is you.
He requirements to be see by a doctor ASAP! You really should embezzle him to the er! Could possibly be Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, or any other irregularity approaching that.
You might want to ask the gp to check your infant's hips - it is possible that he have one (or both) dislocatable hip that have gone undetected. If this is the armour, it can be relatively confidently remedied (although some cases can require plaster cast or surgery). My daughter be born next to this condition - and 'double nappies' be of nouse. Luckily, the fitting of a 'Van Rosen Splint' from 1 week hoary sorted her hip sockets out. A friend of mine be not so lucky next to her son, and he be surrounded by full plaster for several weeks (Poss months, can't remember) and eventually have to enjoy corrective surgery - from which he made a full rescue and go on to be fully fit and busy.
Dislocation of hip(s) can make happen one leg to give the impression of being longer than the other.
Please take that I hold no medical milieu - this is NOT a diagnosis,a short time ago weighing up from my own experience, which may support you. Best of luck - and KEEP PESTERING YOUR GP - don't be 'fobbed past its sell-by date' - request/demand x-rays etc.
Take concern
