I be so stressed out today, have to turn for a pre-employment check up at a ending minute spot.
Slept at more or less 4am and a phone ring up come surrounded by at 10am asking me to turn for an instant check up short any prior consideration (what the hell?!)... and I own not even taken my breakfast or medication at that time...
140/100 be the totalling... and my age is solitary 23!
The usual medication I am on be Atenolol 50mg (I be previously on 100mg and HCT), but as my pressure be down, my dosage go to 50mg.
Right presently, I'm on 100mg and HCT for a second time... and I have need of to return for a re-check up subsequent week.
Is here a course to bring it down to the lowest in lately a event of 6 days or so?
I'm planning to bring lots of rest, some exercises and verbs beside my fruit & vegetable diet (minimal grease, excess weight and almost nothing meat).
What do you imagine and what's your suggestion?
I'm notion pretty down right in a minute... its a moment ago 'excessive', somehow... but its life span eh?
