Would you turn into a lacto-vegetarian if you have cancer and the doc told me ancestors next to my cancer live markedly long?

very long even if you dont take rid of it ?

Answers:    Not unless I was already a lacto-vegetarian.

What I would do is make sure that I ate a suspended diet with no poor aspect fats or fried foods and soaring in fresh fruits and vegetables. The meat that I did eat would come from antibiotic and hormone free sources and be within moderate portions. I probably would not eat much red meat. I'd buy natural fruits and vegetables as much as possible and then buy at from local small tend my fruits and veggies if organics were not to hand.

I'd make sure that I drank lots of pure hose down, stayed away from tobacco smoke and walked or exercised regularly. I'd share my duration with someone who care about me and afterwards live each afternoon to the fullest. good luck
Did the doc recommend a veggie diet? If not, afterwards proceed normally. If anything, I would have an idea that switching to an organic diet, not a veggie one, would be a apposite idea. Eating veggie is OK for some ancestors, but it's critical to make sure you're getting adjectives the nutrients (esp. iron) that you miss from eating meat. Plus veggies are also hungry plentifully and they switch back, because meat is terribly satiating.
