I am 18 years and 135lbs. I've never had to verbs about what I devour cause I other stay thin but in a minute my doctor has told me I own high cholesterol and especially for my age to be precise no buno. My dad use to have markedly high cholesterol as resourcefully and at age 38 he had a heart attack and have to get a quadrupal by-pass. I don't want to move about down that same path so I really necessitate to lower my cholesterol but i don't even know what to eat or not drink! Help please?
