I have impossible to tell apart problem in the past, I in reality bought a creme made for dry and craked foot, I forget the describe, but its available at most drugstores, and places resembling Wal-mart and Target.
1. Wet them next to thaw out river for a few minutes. Pat dry.
2. Apply vaseline/petrolatum
3. Cover beside a cotton sock.
Do this twice a time, but for sure at bedtime
CeraVe Cream available contained by a 1 pound jar at oodles drug stores and other stores applied equal path will put up a line and work for 12 hours and protect and restore to health your foot if you do not approaching the greasy quality of vaseline. It is worth the money ($8-11).
Use an emory board or fine grit sand thesis prior to treating as described above to remove motionless, tricky skin so the vaseline or ceraVe can break into and work.
I use Pompeian Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. Just a short time and you will see results within a few days. Keep using it, it does wonders!

Mix paw and body lotion near vaseline petroleum jelly. Apply it on your dried foot, wear cotton socks. Do it overnight. It help.
