Could soaring IgM immunoglobulin in theblood and an enlarged lymph node be a sign of cancer ?
Or, is it more probable to be the repercussion to an infection ?

your lymph node could remain enlarged for up to 6 months following any infection you may enjoy have.
so if you have a cold or anything similar to that contained by times past six months, that's probably why it's enlarged.
