Sarcoma is a sporadic cancer and requires a specialist surrounded by the disease. Unfortunately because it is so intermittent it is difficult to find specialists. You should try contacting the Sick Kids Hospitals in other countries or the medical associations, etc. Call different hospitals and ask for their oncology (cancer) departments and ask the nurses, etc. Usually by word of mouth you will come to know who is the best and these are the relatives who would know.
