I regard as I particularly own RLS. Over olden times couple of weeks, on SOME (not all) days, I would hold symptoms that almost aligned impeccably next to RLS.
I chomp through a robust diet, and I'm sure I don't hold diabetes (I get my blood sugar checked during a recent physical). I also together a sports (orienteering) troop at my institution, and I'm beneath 25.
Besides the chance creepy-crawly vibrations and urge to move, I perceive wonderful. The symptoms I do own are VERY mild and don't go off every time.
