Can anyone beside Medical ease interpret this radiology report for my friend?

Heres the Report summary:
Impression:
1.Scattered benign appearing lymph nodes levels 2,3,5 bilaterally and at rank 1 on the left
2.1 cm lymph node at the groundwork of the neck on the vanished between the left adjectives carotid artery and artery and the left intenal jugular capillary below the gland. This lymph node node does appear to have butter with it which would suggest benignity.Its location is, however,atypical. because of this a short permanent status follow up is recommended to ensure stability.

Answers:    It scheme everything suggests that "all is well". No problems really except that one lymph node is surrounded by a little bit of a abnormal place -- so the doctor may want the patient to come rear legs in a few weeks and look at it again to see if it looks different (just to be extra sure) but that contained by all probability it is run of the mill. Thank goodness, eh??!!
The nodes appear to be benign (not cancer). Because of the unusual location of the node at the podium of the neck, they are recommend follow up within a short amount of time to label certain nil changes. If in that are changes, next they may suggest a biopsy.
