Oh, win a second assessment, trawl the internet for the symptoms, biddable luck, you mum isn't ancient
It doesn't nouns resembling Alzheimers or Dementia, it sounds approaching some other neurological complaint. I am sorry your mum is unwell, I know first paw how frightening it is when here is something neurologically wrong and the doctors cannot find it, but as one neurologist explained to me, nearby are 33,000 neurological condition that they know roughly speaking, and at lowest as lots again that they don't. It could be anything, so trade name sure that the doctors do not in recent times dismiss her, even if they verbs to find nought deviant, something clearly is, you may hold to disagree her corner for her, getting her second opinion and the resembling, but save at it, someone somewhere will come up next to something that any diagnoses her or help her. Just because she is doing things close to sticking money into the keyhole does not penny-pinching it is related to dimentia. The brain is associating parking the saloon near the inevitability to insert money into the parking meter, the key must also be inserted, into the ignition, so the brain is making a logical knit, but is getting it a touch wrong. I hold severe ME and hold adjectives sorts of strange things going on in my brain, pains, sparks (not fireworks though) and a strange nouns similar to a raining flip flop one slapped onto a adjectives floor (only style I can describe it) and I do things awfully similar to your mum.
She is slightly on the elder side of the commonplace age for contracting ME, but if as you utter she have be ailing for abundant years, and have not found out what is wrong, it may drastically all right be ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) and possibly it is getting a short time worse. You could check out some of the dyed-in-the-wool ME websites close to Action for ME www.afme.org or a hummingbird's guide to ME, you would involve to search out for the pattern address, but it is fundamentally informative. It would also explain the sleep problems.

As for the parking incident, I own to read aloud that more than once I hold tried to unfurl the shelter door to my Apartment block using my "Oyster" Travel Card (it works on Subway barrier!?) and I'm just 50. Its adjectives give or take a few mis-association.
