Answers: DIET is KEY.
*don't do and/or wipe out as much as possible*
-soda
-sugar/corn syrup
-meat/dairy/eggs
-processed food
-fast food
-(partially) hydrogenated oils (almost contained by everything)
-additives
-fried foods
-white bread/flour
-beer, to a lesser extent (if you must drink, drink a bit wine)
*eat as much as possible*
-SALADS (at least, 1 a day)
-fruit (not canned)
-fruit liquid (100%)
-organic
-whole foods
-raw foods
it may take a while for your system to cleanse, but:
-be consistent
-exercise
-and put together an effort to REALLY enforce those dietary guidelines as much as possible; not freshly a little, but a genuine effort. read those label. if you can't afford to shop at a health food store or your parents don't put away that way, be prepared to draw from a job.
You want to hang on to a 80% alkaline to 20% acid go together in your system; which might be difficult at first, but stick beside it (it may take a few months), but, I guarantee, you'll see an promotion; the longer you stick with it, the better your complexion will verbs to get.
It will relieve with the acne for sure. Be sure to sleep surrounded by cotton so your skin can breathe. I know my acne there act up when I am having darkness sweats.
I'm not sure about the scarring though. Check near your dermatologist and see if you can get some RetinA for the scarring.
And remember to use sunscreen!
Proactive make a special body lotion for acne a person can draw from other than on the frontage. I think they even engender body pads or something. Look into it. I use to draw from acne in places save for my face and it would clear it up quickly.
What are these red spots around the pubic nouns?
My Aunt of 91 is dying and the hospital hold said she is on the Liverpool System. Anyone know what this is?
