so theres a way that you could check yourself or how do you do it and where on earth can you get a free breast cancer checked

You are checking for lumps and change though; most breast lumps aren't cancerous but all stipulation to be checked. If you find a lump you won't know if it's cancerous or not until you've been referred by your doctor for test.

Depending on where you live, routine screening starts at different ages - 50 for the UK, 40 for the US. Breast cancer for the most part occurs within older women - 80% of cases are within women over 50 - and younger women's breast tissue is too dense for a mammogram reading to be satisfactory.
