its big and slippery. and its not a whitehead or a blackhead. i am afraid to scratch/pop it b/c i hear a story around a girl who scratched a pimple on her temple and died from and infection. what should i do

If it is a pimple, it will budge away on it's own within a few days. But, you don't generally die from popping a pimple or blackhead. If she died from an infection, it be not because she popped a pimple. Use rubbing alcohol on it and if it is a pimple, it will dry up faster.
put zit cream on it/ice and preserve wash it. it should step away soon
put hot compresses on it until it comes to a manager and next pop it. verbs it and hang on to it verbs.
it's massively bloody to draw from infections that you die from.
