What is the best way to continue a healthy natural life when you have type 2 diabetes??

I am a not long diagnosed diabetic at 42 (Type II). By adhering to the 6-12-12 diet and some exercise, you can do massively well and not even obligation medication.
The diet simply means ingestion no more than 6 grams of carbs for breakfast and no more than 12 apiece for lunch and supper.
Eat a good amount of protein, but don't overdo it. Also, use fat to make sure you discern full. But, the fats you should use are butter, coconut grease and olive oil. Other fat to various degree are okay as well. Green leafy vegetables are okay as ably.
