What is devout, What is excellent, condition

Ideal HDL of 70+ is excellent, poor is below 40. Very difficult to do large numbers. In the finishing year, mine is 37-57, currently 44.
LDL is targeted at 70 excellent and a desired minimum to 100 devout. In ancient year mine is 57-87, currently 64.
Don't know T's, but the numbers should be low. Mine are in the 50's.
My total cholesterol is 120 at ultimate check. The sum is LDL + HDL + (20% of Tri's)
It keep shifting -now LDL lower than 70 is excellent but it used to that LDL lower than 100 be excellent , later 80 etc. And explicitly for men-I dream up women are different. And 50 HDL for a man is excellent but adjectives for women.
