HELP ME PLZ..I TOTALLY SCREWED UP and I don't know what to do?

okay. School for me is starting in 2 days.and its time to sleep precipitate and stuff.

for me, the together entire summer.and I slept resembling untill 3-5am..so I tried to sleep untimely for a in one piece week..and I even tried to sleep 1 hour earlyer next I be spose to. But I would other come to an end up finally sleeping at 10.wakin up at 12..not sleeping untill 4am.

so I settled end hours of darkness I would stay up the whollee darkness. And dally untill 7pm..to sleep at. so I would own the right timing.and it would be easiar.

But consequently I merely screwed up..
I ACIDENTLY FELL ASLEEP.at a differant time..[12pm] and wake up at 7..noww I'm not gonna be capable of get up up precipitate...I am soo frustrated.and if I want to stay up this darkness..what if it doesn't work out cuz when I sleep and get up up..institution starts..XD what do I do??!

well wat u can do is create ur self attain up at 7am or formerly dan n engineer ur self occupy da unbroken daylight, brand ur self really tired by 8 or 9 where on earth u only just want to sit n relx. n after dat drink heat milk which will assist u sleep. but do pursuit throughout the intact sunshine so ur body is not busy. also try to mute intake of caffine.
