and can i own some information around sleep please becuase i'm loosing it everynight , although it is getting your strength back i'm never comfortable and i cant sleep what could be the reason for this?

There have be some recent research which showed that teenagers own a crude day-night sleep outline which is then than for most full adults. Many teenagers enjoy difficulty getting to sleep in the past the precipitate hours of the morning (eg: 2am) & they want to sleep okay into the morning (11am & later). Is your problem that you can't gain to sleep hasty, but that when you do dance to sleep you sleep powerfully for 8 hours or more? If so this may be the problem. It's call "Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome" (DSPS). There's plenty of info almost this on the trellis.
Ideally you inevitability at lowest 7 hours per dark, preferably 8.

Sleep disorders are largely connected to stress.
You take as much sleep as you call for, if your idea similar to you own deficiency of dash, concentration is poor and your snappy beside those, you are not getting the right amount of sleep.
